We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help assist our 100+ thousand customers. In this position, you will use customer service skills to answer questions and concerns for our clients.
You are thoughtful, sympathetic, understanding, and direct users through problems or issues. You have some experience working with others to solve problems concisely and respectfully! Your role will help Check Depot customers place an order or solve their problems. We receive steady support requests each day, and you will need to either provide answers or complete customer requests. You will log in to our support system and answer phone calls, email, and chat from your desk. You are humble with a sense of humor and professionalism. You have worked or dream of working in a steady 9-5 job with a close-knit, friendly group of people like you.
