In this position, you will use customer service skills to answer questions and concerns for our clients.
About You
You are thoughtful, sympathetic, understanding, and direct users through problems or issues. You have some experience working with others to solve problems concisely and respectfully! Your role will help Check Depot customers place an order or solve their problems. We receive steady support requests each day, and you will need to either provide answers or complete customer requests. You will log in to our support system and answer phone calls, email, and chat from your desk. You are humble with a sense of humor and professionalism. You have worked or dream of working in a steady 9-5 job with a close-knit, friendly group of people like you.
What You’ll Do
Using our computers and software, you will respond to users issues and concerns with timeliness and detail
You will identify feature bugs or problems and report them to relevant teams
You will assist in the typesetting of orders
Handle incoming calls, emails, and respond to live chat requests
Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, and organize documents
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to make happy customers
Preferred Skills
Some customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
Completed high school
Good communication skills working in a team
Sense of responsibility
