My Orders

Each order page has step by step sections that will assist you in filling out your order. This is pretty much the same as a paper order form.  On completing your order, simply click the "add to cart" button. You may continue to shop for additional items or proceed to check-out. Once ready to check out, you'll be brought to the account login page. If this is a new account, you'll need to register with your email address. If this is an existing account, you simply log in with your email address and password and proceed to check-out.

To place a reorder, simply log in to your account to view your previous orders. Orders placed before August 2019 will not be available in your order history. Please place a new order or call customer service to place a reorder. 

f you just placed your order online within the last 8 hours (excluding a rush order which is processed immediately), chances are you still have time to make a correction. Please contact our order department immediately using our contact form. All changes must be made in writing by email or fax.

If it has been longer then 8 hours, (excluding weekends & holidays) chances are your order has already entered production, and it may not be able to be changed without incurring additional charges. Again, please contact our order department to determine the exact status of your order. You can also call us at 1-800-625-8117.

Reorders: To place a reorder, you may reorder online through your account, fax your enclosed reorder sheet you received in your previous package or simply call us at 1-800-625-8117.

New Orders: We require all first time orders, or reorders with new banking information to be placed online. Our system is automated and orders placed online avoid typographical errors on our end, and are able to be expedited through our system faster then manually input.

RETURNS & REFUNDSBecause each order is custom-printed to your specifications, returns, and refunds are not possible on printed items. 

Blank check stock or window envelopes are returnable with a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of invoice. All items must be in "as-new" resellable condition, in original packaging. Shipping charges are never refundable, and returned items are shipped at buyer expense.


To return an item, please email customer care department with your order number and your request to return an item. We will issue a RMA number and instructions to return. 
** All returned stock must have a RMA number provided by out customer service, please email our customer care department to assist you.

CANCELLATIONSIf your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it at no charge. If however, it has entered into print production, we may be able to cancel it without a cancellation charge. Once your order has been printed, it is not possible to cancel and you are responsible for payment. Printing is a customized product, therefore, we are unable to resell the customized merchandise.

If you must cancel an order for any reason, please email our customer care department immediately for assistance. Our Customer Service Representative will determine whether the order has already started in production and reply with your available options.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, (Monday - Friday) & exclude holidays. Once you place your order successfully online, you will receive an order confirmation and order number. Shipping time will vary depending upon your physical address. Please note: One-wite checks and manual 3-per-page checks take 3-5 days in production.

Order delays may occur if you were contacted for additional information or a sample. We will either need to wait for samples or manually look up data information.. delaying the order. All efforts are made to print and ship your order within 24 hours.

If your order contains errors that you submitted and approved when placing your order, or we submitted and sent you an order confirmation to confirm, the responsibility to reprint is yours, however, we offer a 10% courtesy discount on a rerun.

The Check Depot is committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customer’s quality expectations. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers. The Check Depot does not review documents for content or spelling.

In the case that we, The Check Depot, make an error (ie, wrong paper, typographic errors we make or omissions), we will rush a reprint and ship your order at our expense. Remakes will ship the next business day via your original shipping method. (ie If your original order shipped ground, the replacement will ship ground, if your original order shipped express service, remake will ship out the same express method). While The Check Depot takes care in the manufacturing of such products, however, it is commercially impossible to detect all errors and imperfections.

Please Note: We do not proof or verify that your account numbers match what you entered on your order. What you enter as your account number online is what will be printed. PLEASE PROOF CAREFULLY!

All orders are furnished on the condition that liability is limited to the replacement of the incorrectly printed order without additional liability for special or consequential damages. Report of errors must be made in writing to our customer care department within 45 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, it will be understood by both The Check Depot & you, the customer, that the job has been accepted as furnished.

Shipping and Handling

We charge actual UPS rates. UPS shipping fees are based upon the weight of your order and location (from Florida to your ship to address). Our online store is connected in Real Time to UPS in order to calculate your shipping fees.

Important Notice! Addresses are automatically entered into our system, and if you enter a ship to address as a PO Box, or incorrectly, UPS Charges a $10.00 address correction fee, which we will charge you for. We have several alerts to this issue - but in order for us to remain the low price leaders, we are unable to absorb this fee for customer errors. Please make sure you enter all shipping information correctly, including suite, building or floor numbers. We have posted this notice because customers have entered this information wrong on more than one occasion, therefore making it a necessity to add as a policy.

Yes we do. We offer both a print rush option as well as a ship rush option. Both of these options are available at the bottom of your online order form.

This is a guaranteed printing rush serviceOrders that arrive before 12:00 PM Monday - Friday will be printed and shipped the same day. Orders that arrive after 12:01 Eastern Time, ship the next day. Shipping, of course, is additional, and express shipping options will be displayed when checking out. This option is available for just $25.00 and may be placed online.

An Emergency After Hours, Same Day Rush is available for $75.00. Please call us if you need this rush so that we can verify its availability and assist you. This option is not available on the online order form, please place your order online and email or call us if you require an emergency rush.

Express Overnight Shipping 
We'll take 100 checks from your order and print & ship overnight. The remaining checks will ship Ground UPS. This option saves you money on shipping, since shipping is based on the weight of the order. This option is available for just $45.00

Most orders that arrive to us before 3:00 PM ET will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekend & holidays). Our 24 hour cut-off time is 3:00 PM ET, all orders received after 3:01 will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekend & holidays). 

If you place an order for additional items at the same time as your laser checks, all items usually ship together.

Blank stock, envelopes or rubber stamps usually ship next day.

One-Write System & Manual checks, require additional time and they ship in 4-5 business days.

Shipping transit times depend upon your location from TN.

UPS offers ground and express shipping which will be available for you to choose when checking out. All UPS shipping costs will be displayed at time of check-out. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer other shipping carriers at this time.

In the event that a credit card or Pay Pal payment is not possible, we do accept checks or money orders that are payable in US dollars. This option is available from our billing options page. We do not make arrangements for C.O.D.

Check or Money Order payments are only available to customers whose banks are located within the United States. Unfortunately, the collection fees associated with drafts drawn on foreign banks restrict us from economically processing the payment.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it. You'll notice a small lock  in the upper left hand of your screen. This lock certifies that your transactions from The Check Depot are indeed secured by Equifax™ and encrypted with the SSL technology. Click on this lock if you wish to verify the certification.

Shopping online is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.

Most states require that taxes be collected on sales transactions between residents and merchants physically located in that state.

Our physical location is in the state of Tennessee, therefore, any order that is shipping within the state of Tennessee will be charged sales tax. All other states are exempted from us collecting sales tax.

If you or your organization have been approved for tax-exempt status in Tennessee, please fax a copy of your sales tax exemption to The Check Depot at 1-800-451-4605. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

The Check Depot does not provide billing or payment terms. All orders are required to be prepaid before they enter into production.

Like most internet businesses, we prefer to accept credit card payments. In the event that a credit card payment is not possible, we do accept checks, Pay-Pal or money orders that are payable in US dollars. We do not make arrangements for C.O.D. Payment options will be available online through the ordering process.

Pricing & Product Info

Yes! Once you submit your logo via email we will adjust the size to be properly formatted to your checks. Some logos which are more square in size will be placed on the left of the company name/address area. Or your logo may be full size to replace the text imprinted area(s). We have graphic designers available to adjust your logo to fit the nicest format available for your checks!

Below are some additional guidelines on logo submission.

ALL logos are printed in BLACK ink.



What you send us - is what you will get! Meaning, if you send us a poor quality logo, it will print poor quality.

How To Ensure Good Quality:

Send us the ORGINAL ARTWORK. If you created the artwork in a graphic program, then open the original file and "save as" one of the acceptable file formats. If you did not create the artwork, contact your artist or local printshop and obtain your logo from them. Copies, faxes and web images are not acceptable quality!

Grayscale: Please note, that we print on pre-printed security papers, and putting a grayscale logo on top can sometimes cause a "waffle effect". Solid black and white logos are preferred. A little gray-scale should be fine, but a heavy gray-scaled logo is not acceptable.

Laser checks are delivered as an 8½" x 11" sheet. The actual check on all formats is 3½" x 8½". On the voucher style checks, one voucher is 3½" and the other is 4". With the top check and middle check style, the bottom voucher is 4". On the bottom check, the top voucher is 4", middle voucher is 3½ & the check is 3½" as well.
