Ordering Made Simple

We've made ordering as straightforward as possible! Just follow our step-by-step sections, fill in your details (similar to a paper order form), and click "add to cart." Ready to check out? You'll need to log in or create a new account with your email address - it takes less than a minute, and helps us keep your information secure.

Simply log into your account and you'll find all your previous orders ready to go. (Note: Orders from before August 2019 aren't in our digital system, but don't worry - just place a new order or give our friendly team a call for help.)

If you've placed your order within the last 8 hours (excluding rush orders), we can usually help! Just reach out to our team through our contact form right away. For your security, we need all changes in writing via email or fax.

After 8 hours (excluding weekends & holidays), your order may already be in production. While we'll do our best to help, changes at this stage might involve additional costs. Give us a call at 1-800-625-8117, and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping & Delivery

We believe in transparent pricing - that's why we show you real UPS rates in real-time. Your shipping cost is calculated based on your order's weight and your location from our Tennessee facility. No hidden fees, no surprises - just honest shipping rates.

  • Same Day Guaranteed Printing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT (Monday-Friday) ship the same day for just $25
  • Emergency After-Hours Rush: Available for $75 (call us first to confirm availability)
  • Express Overnight Split Shipping: We'll ship 25 checks overnight and the rest ground - a smart way to save while getting what you need fast ($45)

Most orders placed before 4:00 PM EST ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Orders after 3:01 PM EST ship within 48 hours. Here's what to expect:

  • Regular business checks & supplies: Usually next day
  • Blank stock, envelopes, stamps: Next business day
  • One-Write Systems & Manual checks: 4-5 business days
  • Shipping time: Varies by your distance from Tennessee

About Your Logo

Absolutely! Send us your logo and our graphic designers will format it perfectly for your checks. A few things to know:

  • All logos print in black ink
  • For best results, send original artwork (not web images or scans)
  • We accept PNG, EPS, Adobe PhotoShop, CorelDraw (v10 and lower), TIF, or BMP files
  • Email your logo to artwork@checkdepot.net with your order number in the subject line

Quality tip: What you send is what you get! For the sharpest results, send us your original artwork file rather than copies or web versions.
